PrintQB Cam Newton is now in the Alachua County Jail and it's not for a field trip (HT: Lou).
Newton is facing three charges; burglary, larceny and obstructing justice. As you see on the booking form, UPD is the agency who brought the charges. Newton had been out after a car accident wrenched his neck, but it is pretty safe he might be forced out of town after this too.
