The speech that rallied the Gator Nation. The last 30 seconds will give you chills.

Damn....

You know, when I first saw him say that last little speech I dismissed it as mere enthusiasm. But as the season went on I couldn’t believe how the boys played with such conviction and fire. Tim is truly a special person. What he has done for the team, the state, and the fans is truly amazing. I don’t think casual cfb fans, or even those outside of Florida understand how much of a great person and leader he is. Just one more game Tim!!! One. More. Game!!!!!

Go Gators!!!!

My favorite thing about the speech is...

…you can see it in his eyes that he hates losing.

Wanting to win sounds like a great quality, but everyone wants to win. Event he selfish guys would prefer to win every game. The real treat is finding a guy who hates losing.

Once they do, they will do anything to avoid that feeling again. Love it.

Maybe I should clarify.

Its rare to find a player that gets bothered that much by losing.

If you saw Percy on Saturday...

he looked so pissed that Coach wouldn’t let him play.

Clutch: A measurement of how much better or worse a player does in high leverage situations than he would have done in a context neutral environment. http://www.fangraphs.com/blogs/index.php/glossary/
