Do We Have To Worry About A Jinx Now, Too?

If you thought that this would be a quiet week, Sports Illustrated goes and puts our boy on the front cover.

Jinx?!

I haven’t read Sports Illustrated since I was about 14, but according to this article Tebow appeared on the cover 3 times last season and again this summer. I wouldn’t worry too much about it affecting his play when he appears for a 5th time (at least in the past 2 years – surely he was on the cover his Heisman year a couple times).

To be fair

They’d be jinxing the SEC, not Tim. So we’ll have to look out for an SEC team not making it to the ’ship if anything.

I am not suprised

with all the hoop-la about Tebow last 2 weeks. #15 a money maker. You might hate him or love him, but you know who he is.

If you read the article, it’s very good. John Ed Bradley wrote “It Never Rains In Tiger Stadium” about his time as an offensive lineman at LSU, so he’s pretty qualified to talk about the SEC.
