Tweeting Urban Meyer

The Gators and Urban Meyer are blessed (or cursed) with having beat writers who know and appreciate the program. All of these guys have a twitter too. Here are a few good ones from today;

Total Insanity Category:

Andrea Adelson, Orlando Sentinel:

now meyer is taking an indefinite leave. this is insane.

Ben Volin, Palm Beach Post:

Fellow writer on covering the Gators this season: "all that's left is for Tebow to announce he's a woman"

Jeremy Fowler, Orlando Sentinel:

I swear, this Gators football season just won't quit. Always something. Five days left, so I expect 26 major news stories.

Pat Forde, ESPN:

Sitting down to write a column after the Florida press conference. Still not sure exactly what we learned out of that.

The Family and Urban's Health

Pete Thamel, New York Times:

More Shelley: "I really look for him to be able to enjoy his kids. That’s what he’s been feeling guilty about and part of his misery."

Jeremy Fowler, Sentinel:

daughter Nicki Meyer: "(Urban) hasn’t been around at all, and when he was around, he was usually quiet."

Ben Volin, PB Post (who asked specifically about Meyer's heart valve):

Florida AD Jeremy Foley pulled me aside and assured me Urban doesn't have a defective heart valve. So why didn't Urban say that?

Andy Staples, Sports Illustrated, former Florida walk-on:

Understand the reluctance to reveal medical info. Any medical weakness is recruiting poison.

The J-O-B

Andrea Adelson, Sentinel:

full-speed ahead seems to be the phrase of the day

Andy Staples, SI:

Hugh Hefner has best job in country. RT @ralphDrusso: Think Urban Meyer woke up and thought, "I am giving up the best job in the country."

I have converted to technology

I used to hate Face Book and Blogging, and Tivo. I love all of them now. But I still wont use Twitter! Thats where I draw the line.

If you use twitter to follow media outlets, it’s pretty valuable. In that application it’s like a personalized AP wire.

Highest quality ccna questions and answers from Testking are the best source for your exams preparation. Testking mcts training tools are developed with your open-ended schedule. The most popular Testking training product is the ccie certification and answers with a downloadable testing engine.
