So Long, Charlie
The rebuilding starts with a new defensive coordinator. From Pat Forde;
Louisville is on the verge of hiring Florida defensive coordinator Charlie Strong as its next coach...He is expected to be introduced in Louisville on Wednesday.
Strong leaves after directing the Gators to two National Championships, despite being the only holdover from the Zook Error. Urban Meyer will now have to decide if he promotes from within (Chuck Heater, Dan McCarney) or goes outside the program. While we had hoped Strong would have been offered a better gig than Louisville (after winning the Orange Bowl following the 2006 season, they have gone 6-6, 5-7, 4-8), it has been a long time coming. Good luck, Charlie.

Seminoles Rejoice
Yeah, I know. I heard they’d decriminalized incest in Leon County.
Our backups could be your starters
I can see the lack of things to rejoice in.

DO NOT PROMOTE FROM WITHIN
Look what happened when we did that with the offensive coordinator… We cannot afford that to happen on the defensive side of the ball, especially next year when we’re rebuilding the entire starting lineup. Get someone who knows what the hell hes doing.
charlie is wise to leave NOW
this gator squad will be hit harder by graduation and early NFL enrollees than any team in the nation….maybe of all time. charlie knows that next years defense will most likely look like 07’s team. if he is ever gonna get a chance, he’d better go right now . haden, dunlap, among other jrs and red shirt jrs that will be taking off. it is a shame that charlie has been so instrumental in this particular recruiting class…… probably already knowing that he was gonna jump ship after this season if givin the chance. we will see how good a recruiter UM really is after charlie is gone. good luck charlie, i hope you are not missed.
check our Rivals.com
you can look as past recruiting classes and it says which coach specifically recruited each signee. Apparently, Charlie didn’t lure as much as I thought to UF. He was surely involved in recruiting all defensive players, but never solo, at least.
Strong will not take any current UF coaches with him
Strong said he plans to coach UF’s defense in the Sugar Bowl and will be back in Gainesville next week as bowl practices begin.
“I feel like we need redemption from the way we played Saturday [in the SEC championship game],” Strong said. “I owe it to this coaching staff. I owe it to the University of Florida, and I owe it to the players to finish out in a much better way than we played against Alabama.”
Strong also said he was not going to bring anyone from UF’s current staff with him to Louisville.
I included the Sugar Bowl quote because I like his attitude – unfinished business. He will be a great head coach.
Im happy for him
Louisville is no Florida, but atleast its not MISS ST. He doesnt have to worry about getting beat by his former team.
Too bad we couldnt have two head coaches like FSU had for the last 5-10 years.

Perhaps you’re feeling stuck in your microsoft mcse- job. You feel as though you need a boost something that could help you advance, make more money, and become more marketable. Or maybe even something that would powerfully propel you into a different field. Something that could set you apart and make employers take notice. Maybe you could accomplish your goal with more education or pmi exam questions, but you’re not in a position to go back to school at this point. The answer just might be earning a redhat braindumps certification in your field or in a new field.
