Florida Gators 2009 schedule

WIth a chance at a 2009 championchip in the Florida Gators sight, their schedule will be an important factor for them.  Here is their scedule in order.

1.Charleston Southern             7. Arkansas

2.Troy                                           8. at Mississippi State

3. Tennessee                             9. Georgia

4. at Kentucky                            10. Vanderbilt

5. Bye Week                               11. at South Carolina

6. at LSU                                     12. Florida International

                                                     13. Florida State

Looks to be a good  schedule with a good bye week right in the middle of the season.   I'm glad we have a bye week before LSU, because they seem to be a good team, but just struggled with consistency last year.  You can't get a much better shedule for a national champion.

No doubt...

…..13-0 on the way to another championship. The bye week will help you against LSU. You guys are starting to look like Alabama in the 60’s & 70’s.

I hope you are right

But I really feel like this year’s team will be the equivalent of the 2007 basketball team…..we’d better enjoy this season, because we’re going to lose everyone at the end of it and will be in major rebuilding mode.

Let’s hope football’s version of rebuilding is more of a reloading than the basketball team….
