Teddy Dupay fighting for marijuana

I've never met someone involved in the fight to legalize marijuana but it seems odd that Dupey is taking up this fight. My friends tell me it's a no brainer but I look at it as, if you're a person with a criminal past, why risk leading a cause like this?

I'm just wondering if Dupay wonders if his previous life hurts his cause. I'm sure he's clean living now but the cause seems like an odd choice. I hope he does well the rest of his life. It's a shame his career ended the way that it did. But, hey, maybe he'll become the face of a grand movement.

Please be kind and use good grammar.

Crazy. I am glad to see his spirit isn’t broken, but this new venture seems more like a pyramid scheme then anything.

Teddy remains the single most dominant high school athlete I have ever seen, and he cast a shadow over all of SW Florida when he was coming up. It is crazy to see where his life has taken him just 10-12 years later

yeah, I don't really have many good things to say about Dupay

I put him in the same category as Jason Williams, Christian Dreijer, Nick Calathes, and other Gators that I just assume forget about.

just to clarify

I don’t like guys who bring trouble to the program, or ditch the Gators for Europe…..Europe is still going to be there in another year or two after graduation.

Yeah man I'm with you

Teddy was kind of a f*** up in that regard. But he was part of that 2000 tournament run and he earned some credit with that. And it isn’t really like he ditched the gators, he was told to leave because of his poor decision making.
