Corey Brewer Earns NBA Championship As Member Of The Dallas Mavericks

The Dallas Mavericks defeated the Miami Heat (which in my opinion is fantastic) in the NBA Finals 4 games to 2. Even though he didn't play at all in the NBA Finals and played very sparingly throughout the entire playoffs for that matter, he still gets a ring. That is all that counts right?

For the record, after being released/bought-out or however you want to word it by Minnesota, Brewer appeared in a total of 13 regular season games (with 2 starts) and only 6 playoff games with an average of about 4 minutes per appearance for the Dallas Mavericks.

So congratulations to Corey Brewer. The guy just keeps on winning.

Corey was a big part in our Game 1 win against the Lakers, which was huge for setting the tone in that series.

I hate the Heat...

I’m so glad for Corey that he caught on to a team that appreciates him for who he is. Congrats to him! It’s just too bad the Heat had Haslem and Miller. I wish they had played for the Mavs too.

Yeah Haslem already has a championship with the Heat. So I don’t really feel all that bad for him. Miller I do.

It isn’t that I hate the Heat and/or love the Mavs. I just dislike LeBron so freaking much. I really don’t like Jason Kidd (going back to his Nets days) and after the Celtics were eliminated I was rooting for the Bulls. Mostly because of Noah and their coach Tommy T. But I was also rooting for anyone to beat the Heat. Because of LeBron.
