I think the main take away from this game is that talent can shine through. This time, we saw Vandy's talented WR Jordan Matthews and RB Zac Stacey really show that they are very underrated in the SEC. Meanwhile, Jordan Rodgers shows that he is immensely talented while still being wildly inconsistent. The injuries Florida has makes this a difficult game to break down. How much of this would have gone down this way if all the starters were in? It's time like these when you realize exactly how effective someone like Dominique Easley really is. Plays we saw go for no yards with Easley go for 2 or 3 more without him. We do have some weaknesses in the secondary, as Purefoy played very poorly and will need to come back with more disciplined play next week.
I break down the passing the game as well, which was a mess. I run through every unsuccessful passing play which was sort of painful.
