Yes, he's preparing for the Spurs' Western Conference Semifinal Game 2 against the Clippers tonight, but he's apparently also causing a distraction at a San Antonio middle school -- in the form of an image shaved into the back of a student's head. The young Spurs fan was so psyched about the team's playoff run that he shave a picture of the former Gator into the back of his head. [via Fox Sports Southwest]
