According to Scout recruiting services, 4 star WR Rodney Adams has decommitted from the Florida Gators following the resignation of coach Aubrey Hill. Hill resigned, presumably, due to the impending sanctions and penalties that face the University of Miami football and basketball programs, caused by ponzi schemer Nevin Shapiro. Rodney Adams was a solid, consensus 4 star receiver who had offers from all 3 major Florida institutions. I would call this an impulse decision, since Adams had a solid relationship with Hill, but in February I expect Adams to either stick with Florida or commit to the West Virginia Mountaineers. Although a blow to the class, Adams' decommitment opens up a spot for the Gators to sign an additional receiver, possibly Alvin Bailey or Laquon Treadwell.
