Well, the Tennessee game has come and gone, and we celebrate a victory. Thankfully, this game took such a turn for the good that I had a hard time finding a lot to criticize. Giving up big plays to Hunter and Bray isn't exactly something that can be easily critiqued after all. You just had a play made on you by a future first round draft pick. How can you be that upset? When Tennessee proceeded to implode after that missed XP, we basically saw Hunter and Bray fall apart.

That being said, there were some stuff that should be mentioned, namely that the O-line is still super inconsistent. Halapio whiffed on a few blocks and then proceeded to bury a guy. Same went for Xavier Nixon. Just a really weird situation.

The biggest surprise was that UT didn't follow the strategy TAMU did in taking away Jeff's ability to get out of the pocket. The kind of failing strategy on defense that Tennessee utilizes results in the closing song to the podcast.
