I am surprised we haven’t seen more focus on recruiting for this group. Alex Collins seems to be the only name getting tossed around, which would be a major landing if we were. But fact of the matter is Florida needs scholarship worthy bodies at running back and full back. Trey Burton is not a real full back, he is not a real running back either, he is used more as a receiver and a wildcat option, but listed as a running back and at times fullback. Kennard Swanson has been mentioned as a possible full back pick up.

Really to finish off this 2013 class and hit all needs, the next 3 spots to fill should include a full back, running back, and a defensive lineman. We have plenty of defensive backs, and five wide receiver commits, making James Clark, M. Alexander, and J. Ramsey less ideal to fill up the next few spots.

What are your thoughts? Does Muschamp’s staff see it the same way? Who are the lesser names that are being recruited to fill the full back and running back positions?
