Alligator Army Tournament Pick'em: Sweet 16 Update

Behind a pair of upset picks that would draw a, "Nut up," compliment from Mr. Urban Meyer (Davidson and Villanova in the Sweet 16), Timmy C leads in the Alligator Army Tournament Pick'em. His 50 points is four clear of second place entry `Go Gators', who leads the points possible race with 170. While Timmy C is a friend of Alligator Army, he did not have any advantages, other than his crippling gambling habit. Also, while it would be cheaper getting the prized Gator Beach Towel to him, I don't want him to win because I wouldn't hear the end of it.

I would also like to take this time to note that my entry is in dead-ass last because I picked poorly on purpose and I wanted someone else to win.

In yesterday's article I noted how I wasn't too excited about UF being in the NIT, but after Ohio State claimed their spot in the other semifinal, I'm ready to go. So, let's get this out of the way now (my apologies in advance to the children and family values voters);

FU-K OHIO STATE

Ahhh, feels good, doesn't it? Plus, this picture and post from Deadspin got me in the mood too. It's from CBS' coverage last year, but I'm imagining the conversation went something like this;

Thad Matta: Wow Billy! Isn't cool we're in the national championship game?

Billy Donovan: If you look at me again, I will slap you across the mouth.

Hooray for hatred!
