Good news for the Gators as they prepare for Texas. They get their two way stud Brian Johnson back. Good news on Austin Maddox as well. He got his hard cast removed, but is still day-to-day.

Janoris Jenkins Narrows Choices to North Alabama, Valdosta State


Former Gator Jenkins says he wants a school that feels like family, "just a school that will let me rebuild my image off the field, keep me out of trouble." Not sure if playing for Terry Bowden is the best choice for staying out of trouble.

Florida Baseball vs. Texas to Kick Off CWS Saturday in Primetime


In a rematch of the 2005 championship series, which Texas swept in a best-of-three series, to kick off the College World Series in Omaha. Preview of the game to come later this week. (via St. Pete Times)

Riley Cooper chooses NFL over MLB


"Football's definitely the route I want to take," Cooper said. "Toward the last couple of weeks of the football season, I knew that's what I wanted to do. That's my makeup, my mentality. I'm just a football player, not a baseball player."
