It's basketball time again, and the Gators are fresh off the National Title. The SEC kicked off basketball pre-season today with the annual media day. First up, some SEC preseason honors were handed out to certain players around the league. As expected, there were some familiar names on these lists.
First Team All-SEC: F/C Joakim Noah, F/C Al Horford and G Corey Brewer
Second Team All-SEC: G Taurean Green
The Alabama Crimson Tide were well represented on this First and Second team with 3 players. LSU and Mississippi State both had 2 players.
It's going to be a tough road to a repeat Title with that newly found target on their back. I do know that it will be very exciting though.
