The Canes feel the Sweep of the Gators

The Gators could not beat Mercer University, but Miami was no challenge on their home turf:

'It's embarrassing getting swept by anybody at home,'' coach Jim Morris said after the Gators (6-1) beat the Hurricanes (6-6) in a three-game series at Mark Light Field for the first time. The last team to sweep Miami at home was Florida State in 2002.
The Gators remain #1 in the country in the latest poll.
