Game Take: Kentucky at Florida

The big game is on tap tommorow against Kentucky at 9PM that will be broadcast on ESPN for the out of town folks. The good thing is it signals the start of a three game home stand for the Gators. This is a huge game for the young Florida squad. Unfortunately, we have some of our key performers out of action.

Will Lee Humphrey be able to pull a Willis Reed and recover from the bike accident? Quite doubtfull.  Corey Brewer was barely visible against Ole Miss due to his nagging ankle injury. It remains to be seen if he will suit up for this game.

This game is a definate gut check. The Gators have to do what they did last weekend against Vandy when they were down by 10 and out played the opponent for the rest of the game and came back and won.

A first:

The University of Florida will host ESPN?s College Basketball GameDay for the first time in school history beginning Saturday morning. The GameDay crew of Rece Davis, Digger Phelps and Jay Bilas will host the two shows live from inside the Stephen C. O?Connell Center throughout the day.
We'll have the first game open thread up on the site tommorow. But, if you can't wait, start commenting on your thoughts on the game here in this post.
