From this Google Mashup of NCAA champions I see there are no entires from Florida ever. It has to be incomplete because I pulled up 1974 NCSU which had Marquette as the losing team. Everyone knows in 2000 Mike Miller and the Gators once played for NCAA title against Michagan State. It only shows the 1979 Magic Johnson's Michagan State team win against Larry Bird's Indiana State team.
