The Miami defensive side of the ball was in killer mode in the first half, but a bad play in the ending moments gives FSU a new life:
Behind a defensive effort that was punctuated by cornerback Michael Ray Garvin's interception of Kyle Wright's pass with 29 seconds remaining, No. 10 FSU defeated No. 11 Miami 13-10 on Monday night in the season opener for both. The victory was FSU's first in Miami since 1998 and only its fourth in Orange Bowl Stadium since 1982.
The folks over at Tomahawk Nation are celebrating here and here.
