1984 was the first "on the field" SEC Championship for the Florida Gators. 25 years ago, that championship was secured in part by a series of plays against Georgia, during UF's 27-0 win. First, with less than 2 minutes remaining in the 3rd quarter, Georgia tries to breakthrough at the goal line, as UF leads 17-0.
When the field flipped for the 4th quarter, Kerwin Bell and Ricky Nattiel stepped on the throat of the Bulldogs.
