Alligator Army All-Decade Team: Linebackers

Our Alligator Army All-Decade Team selections continues with the linebackers.

Andra Davis (1998-2001): 2001 Second Team Sporting News, Third Team AP All-American. 2001 First Team AP All-SEC. 232 total tackles, 19 tackles for loss, 5 sacks, 3 fumble recoveries.

Bam Hardmon (1999-2002): His 168 total tackles in 2002 are fourth most in a season by a Gator. 257 total tackles, 7 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, 3 interceptions.

Channing Crowder (2003-04): 2003 Football Writers Freshman All-American. 2003 First Team AP All-SEC. 179 total tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, 4 sacks, 1 interception.

Earl Everett (2003-06): Led UF in tackles in 2005 and 2006. Troy Smith still sees a helmetless Everett in his dreams.2006 First Team Coaches All-SEC. 271 total tackles, 18.5 tackles for loss, 9.5 sacks, 2 interceptions.


Brandon Siler (2004-06): 2004 Football Writers Freshman All-American. 2004 Coaches SEC Freshman of The Year. 2006 Third Team AP All-American. 214 total tackles, 29 tackles for loss, 10 sacks, 8 fumble recoveries.

Brandon Spikes (2006-09): 2008 First Team AP, Coaches, Walter Camp, Football Writers, Sporting News, Sports Illustrated All-American. 2009 First Team Sporting News All-American. 2009 Second Team AP All-American. 2007-09 First Team AP All-SEC. 236.5 total tackles, 30.5 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks, 6 interceptions, 4 returned for touchdowns.

Ryan Stamper (2006-09): When Urban Meyer mentioned current players who could be coaches, he named Tebow and Stamper. Charlie Strong also had Stamper call the defenses, as he believes Stamper is UF's smartest defensive player. 111.5 total tackles, 13.5 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, 2 interceptions.
