Game 11: Appalachian State Mountaineers (FCS 2, 9-1) vs. Florida Gators (6-4)

Kickoff: 12:30pm ET

Weather: 75 degrees and clear.

Television: Pay-per-view or if you are outside of Florida.

Series History: 1st meeting.

Line, O/U: Florida -23, 64.5 O/U. Generally, lines are not made for games that include FCS teams, so if you are planning on laying money on the game, you'll have to do some searching to find the correct odds.

If hot, hot, hot App State is going places, Florida is going nowhere. After the worst performance in the Urban Meyer Era, the Gators face the No. 2 ranked team in the FCS. App State's only loss was in overtime to unranked Georgia Southern. That loss was the only game in which the Mountaineers scored less than 34 points.

Today is Senior Day for Florida, which would surely mean a lot more if Mike Pouncey hadn't ruined his chances to be an NFL center or Chas Henry hadn't been forced to kick field goals. The most depressing part of today is that it will surely be the last home game played by Ahmad Black and Janoris Jenkins. Black actually said it would be his last game on twitter.

Jenkins has not has to do too much this season, as he locked up his side of the field and will be a top-15 NFL draft pick because of it. Black is the Gators MVP. Black leads the Gators with 93 tackles, three interceptions (tied for the team lead with Janoris and Jeremy Brown) and a fumble recovery. Black is easy to pick out on the field because he is the guy flying into the hole after UF's front seven as been knocked off the line. His performance this year, had he played on a team that could score some points, probably would have made him an All-American. Instead, he had to watch his team implode because of a lack of leadership and accountability from Meyer, Steve Addazio, John Brantley and Pouncey (a center is supposed to be a team leader and Mike has escaped the blame for a lot of the offense's problems).

Alligator Army will be LIVE at the Citrus Park Tampa Gator Club. Follow us on the twitter @AlligatorArmy as we try to figure out if Pouncey will be insulted by playing guard for the Steelers next year, if Black would get a preemptive fine for a helmet-to-helmet hit in the NFL, and if the waitress thinks we are cute or if she is just working for tips.
