Classic Moments In Championship Mode: Tracy Porter and Buster Douglas

As we have done in the past, we present two Classic Moments In Championship Mode that do not involve the Gators. First, Tracy Porter picking off Peyton Manning to win Super Bowl XLIV for the New Orleans Saints and send the Big Easy into delirium.

While Saints 31 - Colts 17 was an upset, it was nothing like what happened 20 years ago today. On February 11, 1990, Mike Tyson fought Buster Douglas in Tokyo, as a tune up for a Tyson-Evander Holyfield fight. But Douglas used his reach to keep an ill prepared Tyson off him. Tyson scored a knockdown in the 8th round, but could not finish Douglas. In the 10th round, Douglas finished him.

Tyson was never the same after losing the fight. Douglas was never the same either, losing to Holyfield and never becoming a top contender. We know Porter and Manning won't be the same after last Sunday, but it's hard to believe that they would end their careers as tragically as Tyson and Douglas.
