Ten things to know about the Sugar Bowl matchup: I must admit though, my favorite of the ten things is the last one. Anything that puts Will Muschamp on the same level as Steve Spurrier and ALL I CARE ABOUT IS MY FAMILY! SELF! (talking on the field goodness only) has got to be great. (Michael DiRocco, GatorNation/ESPN)
Who had the better coaching job this season?: Speaking of that guy who coaches up north, who had the better season? Him or Muschamp? In one of the few times that I'll ever agree with Mike Bianchi, I'm siding with Muschamp as well. As pointed out in the article, Muschamp's Gators have victories over four of the Top 12 teams in the country and played the toughest schedule in the country. Ohio State can say none of that, in fact, they don't even have a victory over anybody ranked in the Top 15. Not even one. Did they also play Florida State's schedule? Or perhaps Georgia's? (Mike Bianchi, Orlando Sentinel)
Five surprising performers in 2012 for the Gators: Totally agree with Josh Evans being on this list. In fact, I'll go on record and say that his improvement over last year was the biggest leap of anyone on the entire team. (Michael DiRocco, GatorNation/ESPN)
Caleb Sturgis to East-West Game: Because he's not invited to participate in the Senior Bowl, for some reason, this is his first chance to impress scouts. Like always, Go East! (Andrew Spivey, GatorCountry)
Coaches release their All-SEC team list: Jonthan Bostic gets the nod from the coaches for a second team pick, while everything else remains the same compared to the AP's list released a couple of days ago. Congrats to Bostic! (SEC Digital Network)wi
