Eli Carter to redshirt: He'll get a medical redshirt because of his nagging leg injury. (Jonathan Czupryn, The Independent Florida Alligator)

Gators basketball to the Bahamas in 2014: The Gators will participate in the Battle 4 Atlantis next season along with North Carolina, UCLA, Butler and Georgetown among others. That's a pretty nice field of teams. (Kevin Brockway, The Gainesville Sun)

David Sharpe to announce Thursday: The four-star offensive linemen is set to announce tomorrow where he'll play his college football. Among his final teams are Florida, Florida State, Tennessee and Georgia. (Brian McLaughin, Saturday Down South)

Football attendance 2013: The Gators finished seventh in the SEC at just over 98% capacity. (Jon Cooper, Saturday Down South)

Greatest movies of all-time: Since the conversation last week between Ski and myself, I've kinda thought about his a little more. I think the greatest movie of all-time is The Shawshank Redemption. I've also prepared a list of my top five movies:

  1. The Shawshank Redemption
  2. Once Upon A Time In America
  3. The Good, The Bad and The Ugly
  4. Raiders of the Lost Ark
  5. Platoon

And in case you're wondering, yes, I've got some more that I don't think would make my top five, but they're up there. So in no particular order: My Cousin Vinny, Saving Private Ryan, 12 Angry Men, The Great Escape, The Princess Bride and The Da Vinci Code.
