You know it's a weird week of college football when a game between 1-1 Florida and 2-1 Tennessee is still arguably the biggest game of the weekend. College GameDay is in Fargo, shining a light on North Dakota State. There's just one game featuring two ranked teams, and one of those ranked teams is the Arizona State squad that got a gift win from the referees over Wisconsin last week. There's just not a lot to recommend this week.
