One other note on Billy D: I had a dream last night in which I was a Florida basketball player, and a pretty good one — this is how I knew I was dreaming — and was getting hacked in some sort of public scrimmage held in a high school gym. I asked the ref, moderately and without sarcasm, if he kept track of missed calls, and got T'd up and ejected from the game, to which I still responded with moderation before leaving the court. My brother (also in this game, though on the other team) got mad on my behalf — but so did Donovan, who laid into the ref to the degree that the ref quit.
In this one stupid way, I guess Billy Donovan is the coach of my dreams.
Your Gators moments of zen:
The cynic in me thinks that Trenton Brown passing a conditioning test might mean that the test was too easy. But if he did, that's a great sign.
