Florida vs. Tennessee: Gators' make-or-break game at Neyland set for noon, SEC Network

Florida will see Tennessee at high noon.

Florida will play Tennessee at noon on October 4, and the game will be televised by the SEC Network, the SEC announced Monday.

The Gators have won nine consecutive games against the Vols, and four consecutive meetings in Neyland Stadium. Will Muschamp's only trip to Knoxville as Florida's head coach produced a 37-20 comeback win in 2012 that was the first of Tennessee's seven losses on the year, and helped precipitate the firing of Derek Dooley.

Since winning by a 21-20 count in Knoxville in 2006 — Tim Tebow had something to do with that, you may remember — Florida has won its last three trips to Neyland by an average of 17 points.

Florida will be making its third appearance on the SEC Network this season in this game. The Gators' games against Eastern Michigan and Kentucky were both broadcast on the ESPN/SEC joint venture.

Florida has a bye this Saturday.
