Confirmed: The Florida Gators will not lose a college football game today.
But that may be the only truly good thing about an uninspiring slate of games. Florida State's first trip to N.C. State since the Seminoles coughed up a 16-point lead in Raleigh in 2012 is the day's only game between unbeaten teams, and there isn't a single matchup pitting ranked squads.
Florida fans can scout Tennessee at noon when the Vols meet Georgia in Athens, and Missouri can further muddle the SEC East by taking down South Carolina in Columbia in a 7 p.m. showdown. And one of the nation's "longest" winning "streaks" — Ohio State's 93-year run of defeating fellow Ohio teams — will be on the line when Cincinnati invades The Horseshoe at 6 p.m.
Here's your schedule table. Go crazy, folks.
