The Florida Gators will send a senior, a superstar, and a star-to-be to SEC Media Days.
Florida announced Wednesday that its 2015 SEC Media Days contingent of player representatives will include Jonathan Bullard, Vernon Hargreaves III, and Brandon Powell.
None is truly a surprise, and Bullard had been previously announced as part of Florida's traveling party, but speculation in recent days had pointed to the Gators tabbing a player other than Hargreaves (likely safety Keanu Neal) to complete a trio that had Bullard and seemed likely to include Powell.
Instead, the most logical representative of Florida's program will, in fact, be in Birmingham, ready to extol the virtues of Jim McElwain (or something) next week.
Florida will be in and out of the event early: The Gators' interviews will all take place on Monday, July 13, the first of the four days of the event. McElwain's press conference is tentatively scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Eastern.
We will, of course, have coverage of SEC Media Days all next week.
