Once more, we have a while to wait until Florida takes the field on this college football Saturday; the Gators don't play until 7:00 p.m. Eastern, and there's once again a relatively good chance that weather — thunderstorms are expected all day in Gainesville — could delay that start.
Here are my picks for the two viewing windows before Florida plays.
Early (noon to 3:30 p.m. Eastern)
Houston at Louisville (noon, ESPN3): Because you don't really want to watch Florida State and USF on ESPN, do you?
Afternoon (3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern)
Georgia at Vanderbilt (3:30 p.m., CBS): Given how awful Vanderbilt looked last week, this should be a Georgia blowout. But if it's not, it might be fair to readjust some expectations for the Dawgs this year.
Fresno State at Mississippi (3:30 p.m., ESPN2): For scouting purposes.
