Brian Poole and Anthony Harrell both had solid showings in the East-West Shrine Game, as they prepare their résumés for the upcoming NFL Draft. Both former Gators were able to intercept passes thrown by Western Kentucky's Brian Doughty, though Doughty's West squad was victorious on the scoreboard.
Poole's turnover was all the more impressive, because not only did he wrestle the ball away from a receiver on the goal line, but he proceeded to return the ball 98 yards in the other direction for the East squad's only touchdown of the day.

Poole's effort got former teammate Dante Fowler excited, as well.

That wasn't all, though, as Anthony Harrell also made sure to get in on the fun with an interception of his own.

Though interceptions in showcase games are hardly make-or-break statements in regards to the NFL Draft, they sure don't hurt. Time will tell if Harrell and Poole did enough to earn spots on NFL rosters.
