Gators have long injury list for LSU: Two offensive linemen - David Sharpe and Cameron Dillard - will not be available against the Tigers. Another, Tyler Jordan, is questionable. Florida will be missing several defensive starters as well, as Marcus Maye, Bryan Cox, Alex Anzalone, and Jarrad Davis will be out. CeCe Jefferson, who missed the South Carolina game, could possibly return Saturday. (Patrick Pinak, Florida Times Union; Zach Abolverdi, SEC Country; Edgar Thompson, Orlando Sentinel; Robbie Andreu, Gainesville Sun)
Other safeties need to step up with Marcus Maye out: Marcell Harris and Nick Washington will start. The two are now the leading tacklers on the team among Florida’s available players. (Graham Hall, Gainesville Sun; Zach Abolverdi, SEC Country)
Depth chart released for LSU game: Marcell Harris will start in place of the injured Marcus Maye. Austin Appleby naturally gets the nod at QB again. (Will Pantages, Florida Gators)
