LSU defeats Florida in 14 (!) innings for longest game, by time, in SEC tournament history: The Tigers won 5-3. Just how long was the longest game in SEC tournament history? 5 hours and 7 minutes. There is no rest for the weary though, as the Gators will be back on the field less than 12 hours later to play Alabama today. Aleshia Ocasio named finalist for 2016 USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year: Ocasio is one of three finalists, the others are Auburn's Kasey Cooper and Michigan's Sierra Romero.
