Welcome to another edition of Alligator Army's Weekly Open Thread. Feel free to discuss whatever you like, with the informal rules of commenting decorum still applying (and as Andy mentioned previously, a formal commenting policy should be rolled out soon).
College football season is coming - SEC Media Days are always a reminder of that. There are 52 days until the Gators take the field for their season opener. Which game are you most excited for this year? Which game do you think will be the most difficult? The easiest? (Presbyterian is the obvious answer here.)
Personally, I get pretty damn excited for the opener. Though it is likely that a lot of my enthusiasm for that game comes from being starved for Gator football, it also is fun when the team still has that fresh new season smell and optimism is high. The first time that the Gators run out onto the field for a new season - goosebumps! (And yes, I know we play UMass in the opener this year - that still applies.) My other answer would be Georgia.
I think Tennessee will be the hardest game, primarily due to it being on the road. I haven't bought into the level of hype being bestowed on the Vols yet, but that game has been rough and close the last two years, the streak is long, and it will be in Knoxville. I am a believer in #12 but I think it's going to be a tough one. What about you?
Also, Andy is both sick and traveling today (the poor guy), and as such normal-ish posting will resume tomorrow.
