Antonio Riles reportedly suffers season-ending knee injury: It was reported that Riles tore his ACL during Monday's practice. He had been repping at starting left guard while Martez Ivey is being held out of contact drills as a precautionary measure. The Gators still have 14 scholarship offensive lineman to work with in camp, including three true freshmen. (Edgar Thompson, Orlando Sentinel; Robbie Andreu, Gainesville SunFlorida Times Union)

Mark Thompson hopes to have "1,000 yards by the bye week": The only two Florida running backs since 2005 to rush for 1,000 yards were Mike Gillislee in 2012 and Kelvin Taylor last year. (Ian Cohen, Orlando Sentinel)

Freshman safety Quincy Lenton reportedly broke his foot: Lenton mentioned the injury on his Twitter account but later deleted the tweet. (Thomas Goldkamp, 247 SportsZach Abolverdi, SEC Country)

Q&A with Alex Anzalone: Defensive coordinator Geoff Collins noted that there was debate that Anzalone might be one of the best players on the team going into last season. But Anzalone was only able to play during Florida's first two games before a shoulder injury finished his season. (Scott Carter, Florida Gators)

Why has Florida struck out at IMG Academy?: The Gators haven't signed a player from IMG in the last three recruiting cycles, and that might not change in 2017. However, IMG has only fielded football teams since 2013. (Zach Abolverdi, SEC Country)
