Florida will wear blue jerseys and pants with its traditional orange helmets for its season opener against Massachusetts, the program revealed on Twitter on Saturday.

Florida wore blue tops and pants for its 2015 opener against New Mexico State, a lopsided 61-13 victory, but that is the only other time it has done so in a season opener since 2005, when the school’s uniform selection began to be recorded. Florida is 16-7 in all-blue since 2005, and went 3-1 in the combination — though 3-0 at home — in 2015.
