Florida baseball falls to Florida Gulf Coast: The Gators were defeated by the Eagles, 7-3, in Fort Myers last night. Florida is 0-3 so far on the road this season, and 1-3 in midweek games. Gator lacrosse players earn Big East weekly honors: Senior defender Taylor Bresnahan was named Big East Defensive Player of the Week. Bresnahan caused the 71st turnover of her career against Towson - which broke the all-time caused turnover record at Florida. Senior attacker Sammi Burgess was named Big East Attacker of the Week following a career-high seven point performance against the Tigers.
