What’s better than four commitments in one weekend? Five, presumably.
Or, at least, four authentic commitments are better than four and a possibly rescinded fifth.
That’s the total the Florida Gators are now up to in the wake of their Orange and Blue Debut on Friday night, with 2018 wide receiver Corey Gammage joining the crop of commitments on Saturday afternoon.
Later in the evening, Gammage tweeted out his commitment.

Gammage, a three-star wideout from Atlantic High in Delray Beach, held offers from Auburn, Miami, and Virginia Tech, among others. He also had an offer from West Virginia, perhaps tied to former Mountaineers assistant Ja’Juan Seider — the Florida coach 247Sports credits with Gammage’s recruitment.
In his highlights, Gammage displays good speed, quickness, and agility, burning defenders for deep balls on multiple occasions.
Gammage is Florida’s fifth commitment in the class of 2018, which would bring that group one commit shy of the six in Florida’s nation-leading 2019 class if Jashon Watkins is a legitimate commitment, and tie the 2019 class if Watkins is not.
