More Florida players will reportedly be suspended: A source told Spectrum Sports that more Gators will be suspended in the future due to their involvement in the ongoing UFPD investigation into the misuse of school issued funds that has already resulted in ten Florida players being suspended. The outlet also is reporting that a Florida player implicated Jordan Scarlett and Rick Wells to UFPD. (Zach Aldridge, Spectrum Sports)

Gators’ backfield will have to adjust without Scarlett: Jim McElwain notes that Lamical Perine and Mark Thompson will move up on the depth chart, and that freshman Malik Davis will “play a ton.” (Scott Carter, Florida Gators; Jordan McPherson, SEC Country)

Is Dre Massey Florida’s secret offensive weapon?: I don’t know about the secret part, but I’m sure Massey could be a weapon for the offense. (Matt Baker, Tampa Bay Times)

Kylan Johnson is “day-to-day”: The redshirt sophomore linebacker has been limited or out of practice since earlier this month. (Jordan McPherson, SEC Country)

Gators’ 2017 QB play will be better regardless of who is out there: Florida has three different quarterbacks who could present different looks to the Michigan defense (Ryan Young, SEC Country)

Joe Haden cut by Browns, reaches deal with Steelers: The former Gator Great was picked up hours after being released by Cleveland, signing a three-year deal with Pittsburgh. (ESPN)

Iverson Clement still solid to the Gators: Florida adding another running back to its class isn’t deterring the four-star recruit from joining the Gators. (Zach Abolverdi, SEC Country)
