What are we looking for?
We’re looking for people who are passionate about Florida athletics and have a drive to write about them.
What skills and qualifications should you have?
Ideal candidates:
- Have a passion for the Florida Gators.
- Ideally already enjoy reading, commenting, and participating in the Alligator Army community.
- Are able to produce and edit clean copy.
- Are self-starters and comfortable meeting deadlines.
- Are willing and able to help with Gators coverage on game days during the season.
Previous writing experience is strongly preferred, but not mandatory. Candidates who can bring diversity of background and/or perspective are especially encouraged to apply.
