UF baseball stumbles in first road trip: The Gators suffered their first defeat of the very young 2019 season on Tuesday night in Tampa, falling 6-1 to host USF. Florida only managed two hits on the night, matching their season low from 2018. The bright spot for the Gators was junior college transfer Justin Alintoff, who hasn’t allowed a run so far in his early season appearances and tossed 2.2 scoreless innings against the Bulls.
